Service Description

A range of health education services are provided including:

Youth Health, Women’s Health, Needle and Syringe program and general health promotion. Sexual and Reproductive health education (i.e. School Sex Education program). Pap smears are available by appointment in Melton, Melton East, Bacchus Marsh and Ballan.

Eligibility

All residents (and students) of Melton and Moorabool Shires.

Access hours

9.00 am – 5.00 am Monday to Friday and till 7.00pm on Wednesdays for young people (See ‘Backdoor Clinic)

Referral process

Self-referral or health professional, welfare teacher, case manager or parent.
