Service Description

West Casa is a confidential counselling service that provides a range of services, including counselling, support and advocacy, information, education and professional training in relation to adult and child sexual assault. It also raises community awareness about sexual assault so that changes may occur. Counselling is also available through groups and workshops as well as telephone counselling; interpreters can be linked with if required. Speakers are also available for community groups, schools and organisations and education for professional groups.

Eligibility

Women, men and children (over the age of 12 years of age) who live, work or study in the Western region.

Access hours

Mon/Fri: 9.00am –5.00pm (Monday available at Djerriwarrh Health Services) times for counselling may vary.

Duty Intake 1pm 5pm (Mon –Fri)
